I’m 1 year old! Yipee! I’m a grown up!

Mommy and Daddy really went out to make my birthday celebration a huge one! Why huge? For so many reasons. First, my happiness is so huge I am with my Mommy and Daddy called to wish me a Happy Birthday. Second, a clown hosted the party. He looks huge and a little scary with his face white but I didn’t really cried. I’m a big boy now Third, a huge version of my Mickey Mouse stuff toy was there and danced for me and my friends! Yipee! Fourth, I was able to get huge smiles from my guests with my Micky Mouse and friends’ cupcakes and giveaways, and games, and prizes, and more! It was a very wonderful day!

Mommy hired someone to take pictures and take a video too. But I can’t post the video here, it’s too large… So you can visit my Mom’s Facebook photo album and see all of my pictures there.

I really enjoyed my party. Many kids came and I received many gifts too! LOL! I’m sure my guests enjoyed themselves too especially with the clown’s magic tricks and games, Mickey Mouse’s dance and picture taking sessions, the overflowing softy ice cream, the yummy mickey mouse and friends’ cupcakes and all the mickey mouse goodies that they get to bring home!

I also enjoyed the company of my loveones, aside from my one and only Mommy. There’s GrandPa and GrandMa, my aunts, my cousins and my many grand-aunts! Ahhh.. I love celebrating my birthday!

By the way, Mommy made changes in my blog just in time for my birthday. She thinks making it look brighter will mirror my sunny and happy disposition. Yes, I love being happy, I smile and laugh a lot. Why not? I have a Mommy and a Daddy who both love me so much, I have grandparents, aunts, cousins and friends who care for me… who wouldn’t be happy? So do enjoy my blog’s new look and share happiness and contentment with me…

Hey! Happy Birthday to me!

This is really exciting and at the same time making me nervous! I want everything to go smoothly and as planned  on that day but as we all know something always comes up on the actual event! Oh well, i just hope I’ll be open-minded enough to foresee the untoward incidents that might happen and be prepared for them.

Nico’s Mickey Mouse giveaways came a week ago. it has been delivered by cartoon.city — new friend from Ebay Philippines. I was so satisfied with our transaction — speedy and smooth shipping, hassle-free communication and great items in a variety of colors and shapes in affordable prices! See? Nico loves them! I’m sure the kids will like Nico’s giveaways too, Nico’s practically drooling over them LOL!

So what are these items by the way? I have Coloring books, Writing and coloring activity books, Jigsaw puzzles, Sticker Books, Mini Puzzles, Kiddie Wallets, Pencils, 24 Pieces Art Sets, Colored Pencils and School Kits all in colorful Mickey Mouse and Friends designs!

I guess I have everything covered. I already reserved the clown/magician who will host the party, the Mickey Mouse mascot who will dance :), the Mickey Mouse cake that will be especially made for that event by Emily, some of the invitations were sent out, which I made myself, the tarpaulin was printed, which I designed myself, I also purchased a chocolate fountain (just a small one), negotiated with the ice cream maker (softy ice cream), photographer and the videoman (which are very important so that Mark will get to share with the celebration), as well as the tables and chairs rentals (and the balloons too!). I also bought Mickey Mouse paper plates and utensils, and party hats as well as the prizes for all the games and the decorations. Well, I’m yet to buy the ingredients for the food though

Ahhhh! 9 more days! And I think I look like a mess! I wonder if I’ll ever manage to look good on my angel’s special day? Yeah right! Whatever!

Yey! I’m almost one year old! In fact, I’ll be celebrating my 10th month tomorrow! Hurrah! I’m so excited! My Mom’s excited as well, and she has been thinking about my party She said I will have the best party I can get because I deserve it Mommy loves me so much…

Mom’s gonna invite all my friends and cousins, as well as every relative who wants to celebrate this special day with us. I really have to practice my walking these days, I wanna run and play and participate on games on my own birthday! Mommy said I’ll have a clown who can do magic tricks, oh wow! I can’t wait to see those! And Mommy’s gonna make it look like a Disney party with Disney characters like little princes and princesses (my girl cousins will love this, hihihi). Of course I’ll be Mickey Mouse, I am Disney’s Master and all those characters are my subjects hahaha!

Oh boy! just 2 months left! I have to practice blowing my cake’s candle too! And wow! Mom said she’ll prepare lots of ice cream and finger foods (hmmmm, I wonder if I can eat it with a spoon… hey! I’m practicing my spoon power!). There will be balloons too! Great! Great! Great! I’m really excited!

It was on sistah Mafe’s nephew JRod’s birthday

Nico was amongst the invited and so sistah became responsible for Nico’s first Jollibee Party attendance. It was a happy and festive afternoon. As usual, frustrated model Mom (along with frustrated model Tita Mafe) took lots and lots of pictures hahaha!

Nico was actually sleepy since he wasn’t able to take a long nap before we came to the party (which started at 4PM). I was afraid he’s gonna cry wildly (as he always do when he’s really tired and sleepy but cannot sleep due to the crowd) and was relieved when he didn’t. My baby tried his best to enjoy the party and be a civilized guest despite of the unstoppable yawns here and there hahaha!

He even posed with Jollibee… well that’s after he relentlessly pulled Jollibee’s wings until the poor guy finally gave him his attention hahaha! Trust my little angel in finding ways to attract attention, he knows his act

Well, it was a wonderful party and Nico finally had his most coveted sleep after Jollibee slipped out. Hey! We even brought home two slices of cake! Thanks to JRod, his parents and his Tita Mafe for the wonderful party. Nico will definitely invite JRod on his own 1st birthday party on December. I do hope he will come with his parents
