Yey! I’m almost one year old! In fact, I’ll be celebrating my 10th month tomorrow! Hurrah! I’m so excited! My Mom’s excited as well, and she has been thinking about my party She said I will have the best party I can get because I deserve it Mommy loves me so much…
Mom’s gonna invite all my friends and cousins, as well as every relative who wants to celebrate this special day with us. I really have to practice my walking these days, I wanna run and play and participate on games on my own birthday! Mommy said I’ll have a clown who can do magic tricks, oh wow! I can’t wait to see those! And Mommy’s gonna make it look like a Disney party with Disney characters like little princes and princesses (my girl cousins will love this, hihihi). Of course I’ll be Mickey Mouse, I am Disney’s Master and all those characters are my subjects hahaha!
Oh boy! just 2 months left! I have to practice blowing my cake’s candle too! And wow! Mom said she’ll prepare lots of ice cream and finger foods (hmmmm, I wonder if I can eat it with a spoon… hey! I’m practicing my spoon power!). There will be balloons too! Great! Great! Great! I’m really excited!
One very nice person already sent his help. He’s my Mom’s friend and he’s a very generous and kind person. I like him already! Well, you can help my Mom too. Kindly click the button below for my birthday party, any amount will be much appreciated:
Before Nico got sick, he’s able to attend his cousin’s 1st birthday party. The party was held at Jollibee Bolton so Nico attended his 2nd Jollibee party
It was a fun day. Nico met all his second cousins (my cousins’ kids) and his grand Aunts and Uncles again (we always have family affairs wherein Nico gets to see his relatives). Of course, my little angel charmed his way through their hearts with his smile and sweetness.
So Nico put on his Mr. Yum cap and strike a post He’s so cute isn’t he?
Yey! We love birthdays! Celebrations are opportunities to have fun and bond with relatives. It’s also a time to take beautiful pictures hehehe!
I felt sick as well… I really can’t stand seeing my baby sick. I’m just glad that he is such a strong baby. Yes, he gets so clingy when it’s sleeping time — he wants to be carried all the time, wants to sleep on my arms. But when he’s awake, he still wants to play.
When his temperature reached 38.6, I decided to put a Kool Fever strip on his forehead. It’s actually a gel-like sheet that helps lower fever. It’s cool actually since it stays in place and gave my darling a refreshing feeling. Well, he seemed to like it too. He wasn’t irritated at all. Maybe he felt like he has a third eye or something, hehehe.
Well, I’m just glad those sick days were over. He lost a pound in a week huh! My poor little baby… Though it left me physically, emotionally and financially drained and exhausted as well, I’m still joyful that he was able to get through it. Praise God for His loving kindness…
.. since the my last post here! And whoa! 80 comments to moderate! Hmmm, I guess 95% if not 100% is SPAM!
I know I’ve been very busy with my part-time writing since I am in dire need of extra income but what really made me seem to forget about the whole word is the fact that my little angel suffered an illness for more than a week! More than a week! God!
I am thankful and happy that he is well now. He’s been through a lot of sufferings on his bout against that erratic fever, severe cough and colds. and to see him smiling and laughing again is but the most wonderful thing that has happened for the last two weeks. Despite of my exhaustion and worries, despite all the sleepless nights, the financial strains, I am overjoyed that my baby is well at last.
So now, I’m back to blogging, though I may still not be very active as before because I have several articles and an e-Book to finish, I will be here every now and then.
Thanks to everybody who has helped me to get through all these — most especially to Him, the greatest doctor who healed my angel. No one must underestimate the power of prayers…
